Security options because we believe they're the best
security solution for your DirectAdmin-based system. However,
since security threats on the Internet continue to evolve,
we can NOT guarantee that these options will protect you
in all possible attack situations. We provide these
options on a "best-effort" basis.
**Backups are performed weekly on
a scheduled basis, and we keep the most recent two backups.
Our standard included backup service doesn't include
backing up any special software installs, incremental backups,
storage of multiple backups or more than one restore per
month, but custom backup and restore services are available
by quotation.
**We endeavor to perform emergency
restoration, when required, within a four-hour time-frame.
However we do not guarantee the restore time, but provide
emergency restoration on a "best-effort" basis.
